1. Our Guarantee
Arck guarantees that your business will receive 3x more Google reviews within 30 days of activating your account compared to your baseline review rate. If we do not deliver on this promise, you are entitled to a full refund of your first month's subscription fee.
This is not a marketing claim with fine print. It is a straightforward commitment: if you do not see results, you do not pay.
2. How It Works
Baseline Measurement
When you connect your Google Business Profile, Arck records your current monthly review volume. This becomes your baseline. For example, if you received 4 Google reviews in the 30 days before signing up, your baseline is 4 reviews per month.
30-Day Evaluation
After 30 days of active use, we compare your new review count to 3x your baseline. Using the example above, the target would be 12 reviews. If you received 12 or more new Google reviews, the guarantee is met. If not, you qualify for a refund.
What Counts
Only new Google reviews posted to your Google Business Profile during the 30-day evaluation period count toward the guarantee. Reviews on other platforms (Yelp, Healthgrades, etc.) are not included in the count. The account must be actively connected and the review collection feature must be enabled for the full 30 days.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your account qualifies for a refund under our guarantee, email us at hello@heyarck.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and your business name.
That's it. No forms. No phone trees. No retention calls. We will verify your review counts within 2 business days and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Standard Cancellation
Arck subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. There are no annual contracts, no cancellation fees, and no minimum commitment periods.
When you cancel, you retain full access to Arck through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account transitions to a read-only state where you can view your review history and analytics but active features (review collection, AI responses, Review Firewall) are paused.
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel on day 5 of a monthly billing cycle, your access remains active through day 30.
